Hello Julie, The manufacturer recommends 8212638RP for their washers. It is also recommended to replace two of the hose washers with 285452A screens to protect the water valve from sedimentation and mineral deposits from the water supply. As a note, the screens should be installed with the "pointed" end of the cone pointing towards the water pressure.

Hello Glenn! The drain hose, WPW10189267, is one whole assembly. Unfortunately, we do not have a different video available for this part. You'll need to disconnect the power to the washer. Access the back of the washer, release the clip securing the white housing to the back panel, lean the washer back, access where the hose attaches to the pump, remove the hose from the pump, remove the clip from the frame leg, install new part in reverse order. Hope this helps you.

Hello John, We apologize for the fact that the video did not match the unit in your home. The units body will need to be removed to complete this repair. Once removed, disconnect the drain hose from the drain pump and remove the screw retaining the plastic part to the back assembly. The drain hose will come right out at that point. The new one is installed in the reverse order. Don't forget to reconnect the lid switch diring the units' reassembly.
