When the oven starts to heat on bake the fan is going slow. When the oven gets to the required temperature does the fan speed up to the higher speed?
1 Answer Hello Johnny! The two speed fan is for the convect baking and the covect roasting. When using convect bake the fan will run at a low speed. When using convect roasting the fan will run at a high speed. If the oven is not baking as it use to you will need to ohm out your temp sensor probe, at room temp it should ohm out around 1100 ohms.
