Lt April 24, 2017 for Model Number WFW9351YW00 whirlpool duet I was doing laundry and it was soaked when finished. I cleaned out the pump filter and it drained and spun very slowly. I tried to wash a blanket to see if it happened again. I got an F7 E2 code. The pump kept draining but it didn't spin. You could hear the click for the next step, but never did. I then emptied it and put it on rinse spin, it filled then you heard the click for the next cycle which was to spin and would not. Many sites say Motor or MCU, but I can not find the MCU on this model. Most say they are on the bottom corner, but this one does not. Could you please tell me where it may be.

Gordon Z April 19, 2015 for Model Number MHWE201YW00 It appears that the wash cycle completes but the Spin cycle does not spin the water out. The Pump is pumping the water out. I ordered a new control from you and this did not correct the problem. Do you have any other ideas what could cause this? The washer is only 21/2 years old. The motor appears to work when washing. I get not error on the front Panel
1 Answer Gordon, You will want to get to the tech sheet and put the unit into a diagnostic mode and check to see if there are any stored error codes.
