1 Answer Linda, the blower motor WP7409P014-60 can be tested for incoming voltage. If there is 120VAC when a burner switch is turned on and the motor does not rotate, the motor has failed. Cynthia C April 22, 2017 for Model Number Can't find model # I cannot find the model number of my oven. There are no sticker on or around my door. It is a Jenn Air Dual Fuel Downdraft Slide in Range. I found a "use and care sheet" for the Grill Grates. The Model numbers on the sheet are AE915 and AG916. The paper was printed in 1995. The Installation instruction guide has a 2005 copyright date on it. CAn you help us to identify our model? Thank you!

They measure 9 5/8" by 10 3/4" as these do. When I put in my model number, it says it is not compatible. I believe that may be wrong?
