Paul, There is a locking nut under the spray arm. You will rotate this and then you will then lift it off and install the new one.

Karen, the lower spray arm WPW10491331 has a lock nut on the bottom that would rotate clockwise to secure the spray arm to the cover bracket.

Randy, Either the spray arm is loose or some holes are clogged with debris. Check the nut on the spray arm for tightness. If tight then remove the spray arm by turning the nut the opposite way and remove. Check that all the holes are clear. Use a toothpick if needed to clear the holes and rinse out in the sink.
