Teresa October 27, 2021 for Model Number MDB5969SDH2 THE CREAM COLOR PLATE AT THE END OF THE UPPER MANIFOLD WHICH HAS A CIRCLE CUTOUT FELL OFF AND MELTED ON THE HEATING ELEMENT. I NEED TO REPLACE THAT PIECE BUT DO NOT SEE ON THE ORDER REPLACEMENT FORM. DO I NEED TO REPLACE THE WHOLE UPPER MANIFOLD. THANK YOU
