Yvonne, a failed evaporator fan motor WPW10236142 can cause the refrigerator section to not cool at all while the freezer would be slightly cold. This can also cause the evaporator to accumulate too much frost on the coils.

TR, the fan motor is what draws the warm air across the evaporator, removing the heat. Without the fan motor, the refrigerator will not cool properly

Pam, the evaporator fan motor WPW10236142 can be tested for 120VAC. If voltage is present and it is not operating, the fan motor would need to be replaced.

PG, the fan blade does not come with the motor, it must be purchased separately or you can remove the old one from the old motor and install it on the new motor.

Hello Cruz. It sounds like you may have a defrost problem with the unit. Check and see if there is any frost build up on the evaporator coils in the freezer. If so, you will need to test the defrost heater and the defrost thermostat. They should read closed for continuity when cold. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. I will include a link at the end to assist you how to use the multi-meter if needed. If both parts are good, you will need to replace the control board.
