Peter December 21, 2021 for Model Number KSM7581CA0 Hi, I purchased a replacement Whirlpool motor from your company. The order number was 13021427. The motor arrived fine. I am just getting around to replacing it on my KitchenAid mixer. I have removed all the screws but I am having trouble disconnecting the old motor from the planetary. Do I need to remove the retaining ring? It seems the motor shaft is connected into the planetary but I cannot figure out how to remove it.. Thanks, Peter
