Katrina April 13, 2013 for Model Number Model # ED5KVEXVBOO I have a new side by side fridge (Whirlpool), bought from Sears last year. The top crisper pan broke along the edge that holds it up. My model # is ED5KVEXVBOO. The part # on the bin is 2174109-A, underneath that # is 10504. Has the mfg # changed? I don't want to buy the wrong one. On the diagram (item #10), it shows a drawer that looks similar but, based on the grid, seems larger. My crisper drawer is 16.5" wide from side to side, 15" deep from front to back, and approx 8.5" deep from top of the handle to the bottom of the drawer. The one on your diagrams, shown as PN 2188661, appears to be approx 20" wide from side to side. Help! I also need item #6, the piece of glass, which appears to be approx 13" x 16.5". I'd appreciate any assistance so that I can get these parts for a reasonable price for a 13 yr old refrigerator. Thank you! Dave

Matt March 29, 2013 for Model Number MSD2542VES01 Hi! I just bought a house and the seller left their fridge. It's a Maytag MSD2542VES01 side by side, stainless steel unit. The bad news? The top bin on the refridgerator side is busted and while it pulls out and pushes in for now, it's just one bad pull/push away from snapping off and becoming worthless. The bin itself is cracked thankfully, not another part so I have to replace the bin. I believe this is the proper part if I'm looking to replace the top bin on the refrigerator side, NOT the freezer side. Could someone with more expertise than I confirm this is in fact the correct replacement part? Thanks so much!
