Inquiring October 16, 2011 for Model Number MDB6079AWW1 Can you replace the panels on this model? If so, I would like to replace the white with a stainless. I also want to replace the part (unknown name) where the control button (on/start) are above the panel with stainless. If possible to do so, what are the part numbers?

Cathy R. August 07, 2011 for Model Number MDB7809AWQ0 easiest way to change out only front panel - have bisque and changing to stainless - just brought panel not control panel - leaving that bisque. Thanks and have a good one!!!!!
1 Answer Cathy, Here's a general guide to help you out : 1. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power. 2. Open the dishwasher door. 3. Remove 8 screws from the sides of the door panel. 4. Hold the front panel to the door panel and close the door. 5. Lean the front panel away from the dishwasher. 6. Lift the door panel up and off the frontof the dishwasher.
