Hello Tony. Make sure the freezer is between 0° and 5°. You need to check and see if there is power going to the water valve when the icemaker cycles. If so, replace the water valve on the unit. If not, or the icemaker does not cycle, you will need to replace the icemaker on the unit. Also, check and make sure the fill tube on the unit is not frozen and clogged. If so, replace the water valve and thaw out the fill tube. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html

Roy, The ice machine is designed to run the water during the defrost mode only and will run 60 to 120 seconds. In the time that the water is running it will fill what water was taken from the tank and will be flushing the tank as well. This is the design of the unit and there is no way to change this.

Hello Tom, There is no calibration short of the fact that the ice maker fills on a timed basis. The water valve is energized for about 7 seconds. This is a predetermined amount of water fill given the volume that can pass through the 1/4 inch water line. If the ice maker is overfilling, you either have all of a sudden had an increase in water pressure, (not very likely although possible), or the water valve WR57X10033 has started failing and is closing too slowly, overfilling the ice mold.
