Rose March 12, 2015 for Model Number 12001527 One roller broke off completely and the other is bent and very worn. I can replace the broken one but I cannot get the other roller off. It is riveted in so I guess has to be cut off. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Greg February 04, 2014 for Model Number 3868xvw This roller when screwed into the frame is to close to the frame. The roller needs to be on the edge of the rail away from the frame. I don't know if I have all the parts I need. I went where I bought the stove. Any suggestions?
1 Answer Hello Greg It does not show a spacer. However, if you need to you can use a plastic shim and put it between the roller and the frame. It may be best to just leave the screw where it does not bind the roller. Read More...
