This dishwasher door seal fits into the tub channel to create a tight, water-resistant barrier when the door closes. Replacing a worn gasket helps stop nuisance leaks and restores proper door compression and moisture containment.

  • Creates the primary seal around the dishwasher tub opening when the door is closed
  • Helps keep wash water, suds, and steam inside the wash cavity
  • Wear can lead to drips at the front corners or along the sides
  • Replace if the gasket is cracked, torn, flattened, or no longer sealing; the door may be harder to latch
What's included: 1 door seal Installation notes:
  • Disconnect power and turn off the water supply before servicing
  • Remove the old gasket and thoroughly clean the channel of debris and residue
  • Warm and relax the new gasket; start at the top center and press evenly into the channel without stretching
  • Close the door for several hours to help the seal set; run a test cycle and check for leaks

Dave, acuple of things to check, Carefully remove the seal and check and tighten the phillips head screws all the way around the tub and reinstall the gasket, Check the inner dor liner for stright edges with a "straight edge", make sure the door is not bowed out more than an1/8 inch. check the upper spray arm for debris in the wash jet openings. You should also tighten to door catch on the tub(slightly) you'll need a 5/16 in. socket or nut driver, slightly loosen the screw in the opening, in the top frame of the tub interior, and tap the catch assembly in,slightly. Thanks and Good Luck
