Ingrid, There are two(2) different shelves in your freezer W11397871 / W10581580 Wire Shelf, Deep and W11578876 / W10581581 Wire Shelf, Shallow. There should be a total of three(3) shelves in the freezer, the deep wire shelf nearest to the bottom and the two(2) shallow shelves in the upper area. There is no drawer available for your freezer. Unfortunately, the shelves for your freezer are out of stock, and would require additional time (5 to 10 days) to order and deliver the parts to you, once the order is placed.
