Heydelray March 16, 2014 for Model Number MAYTAG MHW700AW My washer is brand new. I can't seem to get the plastic shipping bolts out. No problem with the screw and protective cap. I've tried both top bolts. Same thing. Both seem hooked onto the electric cord. The videos seems like they should come straight out,but I can't get the plastic bolt out and I don't want to break it and have a piece loose in the washer. Help. Why won't mine come out?
1 Answer Hello, You should remove the main top to see what the plastic bolt spacers are hanging on. This will be the only way to determine the issue. Read More...

Catrina May 19, 2013 for Model Number wfw9500tw02 Are shipping bolts needed for this model number? We are moving 2800 miles... Thank you!
