The left front burner is either off or high. I need the infinite switch for this but that knob also controls the "bridge" element so I wan t to make sure I'm ordering the correct part.

Both front burners, which can be used as a 6 or 9 inch burner will only turn on full power. I can still select the 6 or 9 inch on each control, but cannot control the level of heat. Need part# please. I believe it’s the infinite control that needs replaced. Thanks

Scotty, if there is not a grounded wire, the left and right front infinite switches W10857622 would be the most likely cause of failure.

there is a control panel malfunction, the oven START and Clock no longer work but everything else does. Does this require a complete panel replacement or is there a smaller and less expensive fix? thanks

Hello Roger, there is a chance the wide wire harness that connects the control panel/console to the control board has a problem, it is part W11025616 otherwise the problem is in the control panel/console.

Hello. Only the outside ring (triple burner) works on my left front burner. Does this sound like a burner issue or a control issue? I'm not sure how to test the burner or control. What is the part number for the left front burner control? It looks like W11563195 is the part number for the burner. Correct? Thanks.

Brian, With only the the outer ring working, this will be a faulty element that would need to be replaced.
