Gordon February 19, 2014 for Model Number KUDS24SE We had a sears repairman come replace the seal around the dishwasher door and while he was here he ordered new clips for the bottom rack. What was delivered are the 8268816 clips, however what we need are the 9743534 (AP3043054) clips. Can we get an RMA or something to exchange these?
