Perplexed August 26, 2013 for Model Number MSD2359KEB Hi- We have a Maytag refrigerator side by side with ice maker and water fountain Model # MSD2359KEB. The freezer produces ice just fine and we are able to dispense water, however the ice cubes and crushed ice will no longer dispense. None of the touch controls are responsive. Ice cubes--crushed ice--lock unlock--light, all once worked and now none do. Sometime ago when this problem originated, it was intermittent. By this I mean the above mentioned anomaly would occur and then some time later begin to operate properly again and then a few weeks later not operate at all again. Now it never works. Please advise as to which component needs replacement. Greatly appreciated, Ernie.
1 Answer Hello Perplexed. You need to check and see if the key board 67005165 needs to be replaced on the unit. If you replace it, and still have the issue, then the board WPW10204681 will need to be replaced as well. Read More...
