  • Finishes and protects the bottom lip of the tub opening
  • Helps maintain proper clearance for the door panel and gasket
  • Replaces damaged, warped, discolored, or missing trim
  • Typical symptoms: loose or broken strip, rubbing when closing, visible gap along the lower edge
What's included: One bottom tub-edge trim piece
  • Disconnect power to the dishwasher before servicing
  • Open the door and remove the old trim by releasing its retaining tabs or screws; note orientation
  • Align the new trim on the lower tub edge and press or fasten until fully seated across the opening
  • Verify the door closes freely and the gasket seats evenly before restoring power

Hello Eric, The door seal for your unit is WP99003337. I should mention that most of the leaks from the door are caused by either a separating or partially clogged spray arm WP6-918806, WP99003070 or over soaping of the unit or a combination of the two.

Hi Will. Remove all t-20 torx inner panel screws. Disconnect the electrical connector to the dispenser control. Then you can see where the bottom door seal trim clips onto the back of the lower inner door. The seal taper is facing inward towards the center of the door. Then there is a separate foam barrier part # 99003048 that may be needed if broken. Thank You.
