Eric March 07, 2014 for Model Number MDBH980AWB1 I ordered the following door seal parts for my Maytag dishwasher. The model is MDBH980AWB1. The tub is stainless steel. I replaced both seals, and now, the door leaks more than with the old seals. Could you please confirm whether or not these are the correct parts for this model. Part Number Descripton Qty AP4114928 (99003045) Seal, door (btm) AP4114376 (99003041) Trim, tub edge (btm)
2 Answers Hello Eric! No, the door seals are not listed for your model. The door seal listed for your dishwasher is part number WP99003337. The lower door gasket is only available with the inner door, part number 6-919865, however, this item has been discontinued and is no longer available. Sorry about that! Read More...

2 Answers Hello Eric, The door seal for your unit is WP99003337. I should mention that most of the leaks from the door are caused by either a separating or partially clogged spray arm WP6-918806, WP99003070 or over soaping of the unit or a combination of the two. Read More...
Will May 12, 2012 for Model Number JDB2150AWP My DW part number 99003041 was floating inside the tub. What is the correct direction to attach it to the tub edge again ? Thanks in advance.
1 Answer Hi Will. Remove all t-20 torx inner panel screws. Disconnect the electrical connector to the dispenser control. Then you can see where the bottom door seal trim clips onto the back of the lower inner door. The seal taper is facing inward towards the center of the door. Then there is a separate foam barrier part # 99003048 that may be needed if broken. Thank You. Read More...
