Jeff November 12, 2015 for Model Number GS6NBEXRT01 I need a replacement line for this refrigerator that hooks to the household supply line and goes to the fiter. W10296832 is supposed to be the correct part but doesn't look right. I don't need the line that goes to the inlet valve from the filter. I need the line that goes into the filter from the outside line. Thank you in advance.
Paul R D April 29, 2015 for Model Number WRS325FDAW02 I have a whirlpool ref, model no. WRS325FDAW02. The water line that comes out the back of the ref is stripped? and I my plumber could not hook the water line to it, so he cut the line thinking he could use a fitting? You can not because it is not 1/4 or 3/8 fitting, so I need to replace the line from the back to the front. Can you tell me which one I would need to order from you guys? Don't want to order the wrong one. Thank you

Daryl November 21, 2013 for Model Number KSRT25CRBT00 Is there a particular way to pull the water tube, part AP4514629 out of the water filter housing without breaking anything.
1 Answer Hello Daryl, These fittings are called John Guess fittings. To remove the tube, push it in and while holding pressure against the tube, push the ring around the tube in toward the filter housing. While holding the ring in, pull the tube out. To re-install, push the tube in until it stops and push harder. It will pop in another 1/4 inch or so. Pull out on the tube to seat the seal. Read More...
Matt January 15, 2013 for Model Number GS6NBE Pinched the bulb/ compression fitting on the end of the plastic water hose and its leaking. Can I cut and splice a new compression hose bulb onto the existing hose (from the water filter) or do I have to replace the entire hose $62!!!. Tube-Water Part Number: AP4514629 MFG Part Number: W10296832
1 Answer Matt, Due to the composition of the hose, it's a "pex" water line, and the location and routing of the hose, you seriously need to consider a replacement, and not a repair or splice of the hose. Read More...
