Nate, If the icemaker is not filling the reservoir with water then you will want to check to make sure that the water valve is getting 120 vac to it. If there is proper power the the water valve would be the issue with the unit. If there is not power then this would likely be an issue with the water level sensor.

Wynton, It would be recommended to check the cutter assembly to make sure that the cutter is not broken. If the cutter is broken this issue will occur.

Cy, This water valve uses john guess fittings, which is a type of compressor fitting. You would push the ring that is around the tube in toward the valve and then while still holding it you would slide the tube out.
