For Whirlpool Water Inlet Valve (Part Number: OEM18018876)

Adam, Are you sure the faucets are open, and you have plenty of water supply ? Turn the faucets off and disconnect the hoses from the washer and faucets and check the debris screens for debris and clogs. It does sound like a faulty fill valve, "they both have full power" but both solenoids failing at the same time is not that common a failure. Good Luck and Thanks

Joseph, Check the lid switch fuse, inside the control panel WP22001682 , If the fuse is an open circuit(blown fuse) the washer will not fill and wash. Thats more common than both solenoids on the fill valve failing. Good Luck and Thanks

Hello Paul! Unplug the washer power cord, turn off the faucets, and remove the screw holding the valve bracket to the back of the washer. Slowly and carefully remove the bracket and the fill valve as an assembly. Disconnect the fill tube from the top of the valve using a pair of pliers. Unplug the wire harness. Remove the two screws holding the valve to the bracket. Install in reverse order. Hope this helps!
