This fan-mount grommet fits the evaporator or condenser fan assembly to isolate vibration and keep the motor aligned. Replacing a worn grommet can quiet rattles and prevent the fan blade from rubbing the housing. What it does:

• Isolates the fan motor from its bracket to reduce vibration and operating noise
• Helps maintain proper fan motor and blade alignment/clearance
• Replaces cracked, flattened, hardened, or missing grommets

• Disconnect power before servicing; pull the refrigerator forward for rear access if needed
• Evaporator fan: remove the freezer's rear panel; condenser fan: remove the rear service panel
