Jenn-Air Range SCE4320B Element will not heat

This is the electric broil element for your oven. It delivers high, direct heat from the top of the cavity to sear and brown foods, restoring proper broiling performance when the original element has failed.

• Provides radiant heat from the top of the oven during the Broil cycle
• Restores proper searing and browning performance
• Common failure symptoms: no heat on Broil, weak or uneven broiling, element won't glow red, visible blistering or breaks
• Direct replacement for a failed or damaged broil element

• Disconnect power at the breaker or unplug the appliance; allow the oven to cool completely
• Remove oven racks, take out element mounting screws, and gently pull the element forward to access the wires
• Transfer the wires one at a time; ensure terminals are fully seated and do not let wires slip back into the insulation
• Reinstall the element without bending it, tighten screws snugly, restore power, and test the Broil cycle
