Magic Chef Oven 9845XVB Oven not heating evenly

Restore dependable oven performance with this lower bake element. It replaces a burned-out element so your electric oven can heat from the bottom, reach set temperatures, and bake or roast more evenly. What it does:

• Supplies primary heat from the bottom of the oven during Bake cycles

• Disconnect power at the breaker before servicing; allow the oven to cool completely
• Remove racks; unfasten the element's mounting screws from the rear wall
• Gently pull the element forward; support and disconnect the two wire terminals so they don't retract into the cavity
