Stephen K Dunedin , FL November 15, 2015 Assy cover tub was chewed up on our samsung washer Samsung told me this was more than likely "physical damage" and would not be covered by our warranty even though their product malfunctioned. It would cost us a $100 service call to find out and if not covered it would cost us $100 plus parts. Customer service at Samsung said the assembly was not separate from the tub and we would need a new tub! AppliancePartsPros not only had the part for $40 with shipping. It fit perfectly and they sent me a "how to" YouTube video. I did the job in 15 minutes with a screwdriver and a putty knife. I am very happy customer.
