Peter M South Bend , IN February 28, 2015 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF405ATPAWR/AA-0000 Plug connecting to rear of tub was damaged Unfortunately Samsung does not offer just the cable/plug that was damaged by itself so I had to replace the whole wiring harness (which contains about 28 plugs). I took the top and back panel off, then did my best to lay the wiring harness in place along the same paths as the old one. From here I just went plug-by-plug to make sure the new one was installed correctly, removing the old wiring harness in each location where it was unplugged. After the top and back portions of the harness were routed, I removed the front of the washer following the steps outlined in the "How To Replace Shock Absorber" video and swapped out the wiring harness using the same method as described above. Once all the new wires were in place and the old ones were removed, I reassembled the washer, put it back it its spot, and ran through some of the diagnostic modes described in the owner's manual.
