Michael G Cypress , TX August 23, 2016 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG WF328AAW/XAA Our samsung silvercare wf328aaw/xaa was giving the "nd" (not draining) error code I first purchased a new drain pump (from another online company) but still got the error. I then found AppliancePartsPros.com and thanks to all the helpful comments from them and their customers, I determined my problem was a bad control board. AppliancePartsPros had what I needed in stock and I was very pleased with how fast they shipped it out! I paid an extra $20 for shipping at the "other" online company to get the drain pump in the same amount of time AppliancePartsPros got my new control board to me! This fixed my problem and was a breeze to install. Robert W Kings Park , NY July 05, 2016 Appliance: Samsung Washer WF328AAR/XAA-0000 The wash cycle would be interupted taking much longer time or never completing cycle would operate better when control cca exposed to air i e not contrained indicating cca possible over heating Verified pump and motor were operational, which because it worked better when CCA exposed left 2 possible causes, a defective control CCA overheating issue or harness issue. Because Appliance pro allows you to return parts that do not fix the problem, I purchased the control CCA and replaced it. Problem solved. Read More...
