I tried dealing with the factory who wouldn’t work with us since it was out of warranty. With the advice of my brother who is the head of facilities at retirement homes, he directed us to your company. Found the stove got the diagram and ordered the burner control and igniter harness. Cephas G Waycross , GA January 01, 2023 Appliance: Samsung Gas Range NX58F5500SS/AA-0000 Two cooktop valves not turning damaged assy tubes to burners I replaced the Valve Assemblies on the right rear burner and the gas tube from the manifold to the same burner. I removed the cooktop frame by removing the screws around the burners. This allowed access to the manifold panel which was removed by unscrewing the top, front, and bottom screws. I now had access to the ignition switches which were removed by gently pulling them off with the help of a flathead screwdriver. Using an adjustable wrench, I disconnected the gas tube from the valve and the burner. To remove the gas tube from the burner, I secured the burner with pliers being careful to hold it in the area where I felt the metal was the strongest while avoiding the piezo. I then used a Philips screwdriver to unscrew the valves. Reassembly was in reverse order. Read More...
