This replacement part is an adjuster kit. It is a genuine replacement part made by MTD. This adjuster kit is typically found in lawnmowers and is responsible for assisting the user in changing the height of the blades so that the user may determine the setting which the grass is cut at. A new adjuster kit might be needed if the user is unable to adjust the height of the blades and therefore cannot perform the necessary duties. If the blades are stuck at one height it is possible that the adjuster kit is to blame.
