Took off the bottom panel and found the detailed repair instructions for this particular model. At first they weren't super clear, but once I opened the door and could see the separate parts (the panel, the control board, the latch, etc) it made sense. I followed the diagnostic instructions, which (for my problem) required getting out the multimeter. I found that the push button panel had a short. Getting inside the panel to fix it looked impossible, so I ordered a new one from appliance parts... Read more
