Ordered a new tube so the flapper valves would be clean and close properly. The old flapper valves had buildup on them and would not divert the water to the upper spinner. The cups would get a soap/food scrap residue that hadn't been cleaned off. Wish I didn't have to buy the entire tube and could just get the flapper valves/assembly separately as the tube was fine, just needed the diverter/flapper valves, but price was pretty good and it arrived in a moderately decent time. I called APP for advice, and the initial suggestion was to replace the control board. I placed the order just before the 4 PM cutoff, but it arrived around noon the next day! Well, the new board made no difference, so the company agreed to take it back on and RMA for full refund. The next idea was to replace the switch/light panel.
