I found the correct part on the website that I needed very easily and received it within two days with only regular shipping. The email I received letting me know that my parts were on the way also included a YouTube link that showed me exactly how to remove the broken part and install the new part. The fix was to replace the thermostat. The oven was a 40 year old Magic Chef wall unit and the replacement part was an exact fit. You have to slide the unit all the way out of the cabinet to replace the thermostat. Food cooks perfectly and the wife is happy. Read more
CONTACTED THE CO. THAT WE BOUGHT IT FROM AND THEY SAID IT WAS OVER A YEAR OLD . CALLED MAYTAG AND THERE CLOSED TILL THE 4TH OJ JAN. 2016. SO GOT ON THE NET FOUND APPLIANCE PRO THAT HAD THE PART. THEY SHIPPED IT TO ME AND I FIXED THE DOOR GLASS. Read more
