Ordered parts and installed myself. Easy enough to do but I didn't realize that the door shelves were 2 different sizes. Samantha was very helpful in explaining the return procedure and getting me the correct part. It looks as if the arm to the Gourmet Bay door has gotten a little bulkier where it has broken twice.
