It was fixed by a certified technician from the Appliance Store that I purchased the refrigerator. My KitchenAid refrigerator had a 10 year part warranty on the sealed system. The Tube-Disc and Compressor was replaced under this warranty. This part was on 2-weel backorder at Whirlpool Factory Parts. Ordered the parts form ApplianceParts Pros on Thurs and received them on Saturday. Installed mounting screw and then installed handle and tightened it down. Just like new now. Read more
