The bucket was an easy fix. There is a film on the website showing exactly how to replace it. The ice crusher was a bit of a problem because it had to be completely taken apart -- many small parts to put back in order!! We used the diagram from the website, plus I took photos from various angles before we took it apart. We were careful, and with patience, it went back together. ApplicancePartsPros.com brings up a parts diagram when you put the refrigerator's model number in. It is a fast way to find a part if you don't know what its called or its stock number. It was pretty easy. I found the part in the diagram then clicked on it and was taken right to its sales page.The checkout was fast and I got the drawer in about 5 days. My wife put a pan of bars under the ice maker to cool. This melted the ice in the bottom of the ice tray together. Once it froze the auger motor stripped the drive gear trying to dispense the ice that was frozen together. It worked on crushed for a little while since the auger motor runs backwards to crush ice but it still failed after a while. I bought this auger motor and swapped it out.
