When I removed the gasket cover and bulb, I realized there was a shredded gasket inside that needed to be replaced. I contacted Jenn-Air, who forwarded me your website and I ordered the gasket. Once it arrived I put it all back together. Easy peasy. Read more

Very easy fix. Remove oven door by just opening it slightly and pulling up. (an easy way to clean it too). Then, with a phillips screw driver, remove two screws holding the damaged element in place. Slowly pull the element toward the front a couple inched to expose the wires. Disconnect the wires (no tools needed), remove the old element and replace it with the new.
