Had an appliance repair person come in and after he tested it, he said the element was fine and that it is probably the control switch panel. A hundred dollars later, issue was not resolved. I ordered a new front element and installed it in the range and voila it worked. Not a tough job but if you took good notes about what plug connected with another plug and wrote down the wire colors so they would match up it was easy. Took about an hour and saved a bunch by doing it myself. Read more
