This insulating part provides electrical and thermal isolation for internal appliance components, helping protect wiring and nearby parts from heat and shorting. It's a simple replacement used when the original is damaged or degraded. What it does:
- Separates and insulates electrical connections to reduce risk of shorts and arcing
- Helps block heat transfer from heaters or motors to nearby components
- Restores proper spacing and protection when the original insulator is cracked or worn
- Stops related symptoms like burning smell, intermittent electrical contact, or visible charring near wiring
What's included:
Install notes:
- Disconnect power (unplug appliance or switch off breaker) before starting any work
- Follow the appliance's service manual or wiring diagram for correct placement and orientation
- Replace only with the same part to maintain proper fit and insulation; do not modify the part
- If you see damaged wiring or connectors, inspect and repair those as well.

The FILTER-MICRO is an OEM part for Bosch dishwashers. This micro filter is a part of the dishwasher's filtration system, designed to trap and remove small food particles and debris from the wash water during cycles. By capturing these particles, the filter prevents them from redepositing on dishes, ensuring that the water remains clean throughout the washing process for optimal cleaning performance.
Causes of damage to the FILTER-MICRO can include regular accumulation of food debris, mineral buildup from hard water, or physical damage from sharp objects.
Symptoms of a bad FILTER-MICRO include:
- Dishes not coming out as clean as they should, possibly due to food particles being recirculated.
- The dishwasher producing unusual noises, which could indicate a clogged filter affecting water circulation.
- Water not draining properly, potentially caused by a blockage in the filter.
This genuine OEM Bosch part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau and select Kenmore models.

The Flip Tine Latch is an OEM part for Bosch dishwashers. It serves as a latching mechanism on upper dish racks that securely holds folded tines.
Made of durable plastic, the latch features offset hooks integrated along its base edge. These engage onto roll edges of individual flip up tines, pinning them neatly against the chamber to prevent unwanted movement.
Symptoms of a failed flip tine latch include:
- Sagging or unfolded flip tines potentially blocking spray jets
- Restricted water distribution due to improper rack orientation
- Scratched or misplaced dishes from unlatched tines potentially flailing
- Inefficient cleaning from lack of optimized spray coverage
This genuine OEM Bosch part is also compatible with Thermador, Gaggenau and select Kenmore models.

Low water pressure / arms not spinning Wilbur C. • Washington , DC • October 13, 2014
Used vids on youtube for steps on how to disassemble and install the pump; search "Bosch dishwasher circulation pump replacement". Also on AppliancePartsPro forums, a poster put up the Bosch "Dishwasher Service Training Manual" in .pdf. Search "Bosch dishwasher low pressure" on the forum. It's one of the post with the longest thread.
Six pointers.
1. In another forum post, the poster noted that some hoses were brittle with age - and cracked when reinstalling. I had same issue (my washer is...

Dishwasher was filling with pre rinse and wash ok but would short the amount of water for the rinses we would manually have to add about a gallon to make it rinse properly Garret V. • Richland , MI • November 17, 2014
Pulled the unit out and took the left side panel off. I temporarily hooked drain, water and electric back to it, ran a test light to the water solenoid valve so I could see when it was on and started the unit on it's normal wash. Everything was fine till I got to the rinse, the water level switch had been pushed in by the diaphram and lever, but when the wash water pumped out, the switch didn't pop back out. It essentially told the solid state board that there was plenty of water in the unit...
