Two grates per package.
I ordered a set of 2 new grates from Appliance Parts Pros. The grates were identical and my old Jenn Air looks like new with the new ones and it is great to cook with balanced pots and pans...no hot spots! I hope I can continue to replace parts to this old cook top as needed because it was made when appliances were made well and lasted! I really love this Jenn Air! The spark module for my 1990 Caloric Model RSS398 Natural Gas double oven range stopped functioning. I tried to get the part at a local appliance parts store and was unsuccessful as they said the part was discontinued. I called the Appliance Parts Pros help line and spoke to an excellent service tech who took the time and made the effort to reference, cross reference, and find a part that was different in configuration, but functionally the same. The stove is a CVG2420 Jenn Air 34" white stove top that is no longer made. I do not want to have to rebuild the island for a different stove, so I need to keep the old stove running. The trick to get into the control panel is that the top of the panel is attached to the gas piping frame by two Torx T-15 screws, one inside each of the center two light rings.
