Using one of your videos, I used a circuit tester to determine if the element was intact. It was faulty. Getting the part from you went well. Finding the serial numbers using your guidelines, allowed me to order the right replacement heating element. It was just a few days and the part was delivered - everything that I needed. Their was no light or the power to unit. tested unit found power the control board and nothing coming out. order new control board and install it. unit works great now. customer service was quick and friendly and knew their stuff. I received to part next day. Read more
