I fixed it myself, I didn't know it was the control panel (there was no power to know for sure) until I went through some checks, first the obvious. Checked the breaker box, then checked to see if the dishwasher was getting power, it was. Next I checked the PCB (Power Control Board) it was getting power and was converting it to 12 and 5 volt and sending it to the Sub Control Board.
