Started by replacing the upper and middle spray arms. After that no change, dishes in the upper rack not clean. Suspected low water pressure was causing the problem. Here's what the problem was: Started the 'Normal' cycle... I closed the door... it calls for water, water fills, ECS sensor doesn't kick it to the next segment of the cycle (wash), so the water over-fills and reaches the over-fill sensor. So many other are replacing the plastic 'case-brake,' main board, and the ECS sensor. Fix dishwasher leaking from the bottom door vent with a new thermal actuator. Common cause of water pooling on floor. DIY repair takes 10 minutes.
Replaced vent damper actuator. Removed torx head screws on inside of door and removed vent cover(2pieces). Only real challenge is when door outer cover comes clear off.
