I went on line to this vendor. I found the part then called to speak to a rep. He confirmed the oart. We ordered it through the rep and it came two days aerie then expected. While I can admit the packaging could have been more protective especially for a metal and glass shelf, it arrived undamaged and perfectly brand new piece. I troubleshot it and determined it is the motor and housing that were worn out. Waiting on the housing to ship before I replace all the components. When I receive it, all will be an easy fix. I ordered all my parts and all in stock were received on the date as promised. Read more
I found the correct part on the website that I needed very easily and received it within two days with only regular shipping. The email I received letting me know that my parts were on the way also included a YouTube link that showed me exactly how to remove the broken part and install the new part.
