Found the replacement for the broken part through your web site. Placed the order at 230 PM and by 1030AM the following day the part was here and installed. It is working fine now. I called and the order taker helped me identify the correct part. it was received in a timely manner and I was kept informed of the delivery process. The tray is a large plastic molded part. Some of the screw holes had to be cleared of flash from the molding process, a minor common occurrence easily rectified. Otherwise all went well with repair completed in half an hour.
