Replaced the water valve assembly. did not really need the dispenser part. problem mainly caused by hard water buildup where the hose connects. also replaced the hoses as they also had some hard water buildup. Read more
Replaced soap dispenser and dispenser drawer. Also, dispenser is a re-designed part having an extra spring loaded push rod that interferes with older drawers. This was removed from the back of the dispenser to make my older model work as designed. (Drawer would not stay closed if left in place). This is a drum assembly that is a major component in washing machines. It is located inside the washing machine and is the part where clothing is placed during a wash cycle. The purpose of the drum assembly is to circulate water during a cycle. It also aids in draining the water during the spin cycle. It includes small holes across the surface to easily move water in and out of the drum. If this part is damaged, it may cause leaking water, lack of draining, or loud banging noises. If this part is damaged, it will need to be replaced. A set of basic tools and a pair of work gloves will be used throughout the process. Before replacing the drum assembly, make sure the washing machine is unplugged. The hot and cold water sources should also be turned off.
