This replacement part is a bushing, and it is intended for use in different types of appliances. This is a genuine replacement part made by Frigidaire. This bushing is typically found in dishwashers but is compatible with other devices as well. The bushings are an important part of many appliances as they help reduce friction inside the machine during the different washing cycles. A new bushing might be needed if the current ones are broken or damaged. It is common that different machinery needs multiple types of bushings. These small but important parts are placed around tubes or poles and are meant to assist during the rotating or sliding mechanisms.
