Removed the old console assembly and replaced it with the new one. The only challenging part was threading the new ribbon into the control board. I forced one side down first and then I was able to get the other side in. Read more

Found exactly the same Error concern and the part recommended to fix it on the APP web site. The part came the very next day after I ordered it!!!!!!!! Any difficulty with the repair was only because my husband and I aren't very mechanically inclined - replacing the part was super easy but putting the door back together and getting all the holes/screws lined up was what took a while. But it's fixed and WAY cheaper and faster than paying for a service call. Read more
