I believe the shock absorbers were bad and caused too much stress on the spring, breaking it. I replaced the spring, spring protector, and shock absorbers. I got lucky; when I got the drum back up where it belonged I saw that the door boot seal straightened itself back out and wasn’t damaged so I didn’t have to replace it. Well even thou the error code was 59 in the initial diagnosis, the problem was not actually the motor or the gaskets somehow a piece o laundry was flushed in between the washing drum an it`s casing, so basically this piece of cloth got stuck where heating element is install and there`s a little clip(the part that I order) that is just holding the element, now this clip just broke and with the piece o cloth stuck in there the machine started making this loud noise, we thought it was the end of...
