Watched the video and ordered the part. Took about one hour with minimal issues. I recommend taking a picture of the motor in the assembly frame before replacing. One issue was reconnecting the power cable to ice-maker (narrow space). I solved this by lubricating female end with olive oil. Worked great. PS: turns out the old fan blade was ok - returning. We suspected the old fan motor was seizing up and not running properly. Came to your site and looked up the parts and then watched the installation video. I was fortunate to have found the appliance forum and asked for expert advice on what the problem could be. Jake responded in a very timely manner and suggestions on what the issue could be. Purchased and installed replacement parts. Had to use metal hacksaw to cut rail to correct length. Everything fit great. Read more
